No installation required, just extract Dustmania.zip somewhere and run Gameplay.exe to start the game.
During gameplay, the menu can be accessed by moving the mouse to the right side of the screen.

I've actually played this a while ago out of morbid curiosity but didn't keep it around for long. I don't really care for guro. It doesn't get me off. But hey, to each his own, amirite? I will say this about the game, it takes skullfucking to a whole new level.

There's another CG in this game that put's a spin on mindfucking.

Its nice that the Fakku collection is growing, but as many others have stated, guro's not my thing...

this one looks way too barbaric for me especially after seeing the head thing in the screenshots, but it was nice of you to upload it and am sure someone will enjoy it just not me. I cant get those screenshots out of my head now that i saw them.

I believe the old saying "tip of the iceberg" comes into effect when talking about those screenshots.

Now I know what Guro means. Screenshots I saw was OMGWTFBBQ. I should delete it on my head now.
