Emulator for GBA

I need a good emulator that has no viruses on it. I would also like for it to come with the ROM's for it (since i wanna play the golden sun series again). I want also a SNES one but that can wait until I can get one from a friend at school. Thanks

I should apologize for the rant included in my last post... been watching the Neurotically Yours videos and I always tend to rant afterwards heh.
