Restart your computer and try. If it doesn't work, type ffdshow video decoder in the start menu to search for that file. It'll open a new window and on the left side select "DirectShow control", mark "Don't use ffdshow in" and put the game executable there. Apply, restart your computer again and try.

Sky Saga was great but felt that the ending was too lonely.
Personally prefer the ending of Zero Saga besides the final animation of it was pretty badass.
Also anyone else felt that the apperance of the other Stryker's left a bit wanting?
They make a major apperance pull of a move and that's it, kinda wish there was bit more to them.

This was a pretty epic game, although to me none of the ends seemed the a happy ending they all seemed to feel like a mixture of bad and normal. poor kid made a childish wish and suffered for it.
I'd really love to see an anime adaption of this though.

Didn't particularly care for this one. The story was interesting enough, but the ending & memory collector just pissed me off to no end.

My thoughts exactly, all endings were kinda happy but lonely endings aside from the Heaven Saga, Sky Saga was good but felt that the ending was lonely, being that mostly everyone dissappears.
Being a vivid fan of DBZ what Yamato said at the end of Sky Saga reminded me of Goku at the end of the Cell Saga, how he said it was because of their existance that all that trouble happend, in a sense Sky Saga ending wasnt a Happy ending for me.

Well i enjoyed it until the ending. guess i will have to verify if games have a happy ending before i start, or at least maybe an unlockable path that makes a good true ending.

is it true that in japan they are releasing a expansion pack or sequel called Chou? if so am really hoping we also get that translated I'm gonna buy Dengeki Stryker from mangagamer to support the series I really like OVERDRIVE's VN's.

The problem is still there.
Try uninstalling any kind of codec pack you have (including the k-lite), clean your registry, restart your computer and try again. If it doesn't work install once again a codec pack. If you try k-lite and your system is of 32 bits download the mega version. If it doesn't work, unfortunately it doesn't cross my mind any more stuff to do right now. Good luck.
