Instructions
After extracting run the "lcsebody.exe".
If you have issues with the font, download this one (Select the "ttf-bitstream-vera-1.10.zip"). To install the font, just extract the file that you downloaded, select all the ".ttf" files, right button click and then select install. If that doesn't work, copy all the ".ttf" files, go to your Windows folder, then to the "Fonts" folder and paste them.

You don't need to change your system region to japanese because the locale of this game is english since it was officially released. Try installing this font (To simplify, just download the "ttf-bitstream-vera-1.10.zip", extract the files and copy them to the "Fonts" folder in your "Windows" folder or you could just select all the ".ttf" files, right button click and select install).
