If you’re using a 3rd party file manager to download the files, don’t use it. Those things are more trouble then they are worth.

Also, sometimes your router could be mangling the packets

Would winrar count as a third party?

Umm, no. I pack them using WinRar (I'm using ver 3.90 if that helps in any way...)

Not using any of the sort. And the topic I went to (with the custom installer) got corrupted too. Man this is getting frustrating

Well, last the few times I downloaded it straight to my external hard drive. this time I downloading it to my computer, so let's see what happens.

[spoil]I played myself and I load the save of whoever saved the game.I loaded the part where it says "But, Maria .... you're about to faint .. Maria?" and you get to choose from helping her or leave it up to her.But when I played myself there isn't a choice is this a bug or how do I get the choice? And I ended up watching Maria getting rape.Damn that mother fucking director

Lol, one of my random saves. Can't remember the exact part you are talking about (played this 2+ years back). Use a walkthrough and try following the Maria happy end, pretty sure it's that route.
