Game synopsis:
You are Takuya Aihara, an average junior college student with one character flaw: you're a bit of a weakling. No matter how hard you try, it seems that all the girls around you are constantly pushing you around: your teasing step-sister Natsumi, the genius president of your chemistry club Mami, but especially Asuka, your beautiful childhood friend. No matter how hard you try, you just can't assert yourself.

Want to ask regarding this game...
- is there any No-CD Patch for this VN? I've tried the xchange.bat replace and it didn't work
- any way to play this on windowed size? the 800 x 600 resolution fullscreen hurt my eyes
- oh and... i don't get any music play in-game.. on title screen the music comes out, but no result even after switch to "Music On" below the dialogue screen

It's been years since I actually played this, so can't really help with most of your questions. I do remember the fact that this did not have the option to play it windowed, though. Didn't like this detail myself, either, but all too common in VNs this old.

well, to play oldschool vn's I usually use virtual machines( VMWARE).
And the problem with the music, I believe it has something to do with the sound settings in the options menu whether to let the source be midi or cd, I think.
I know I had the same problem and I had to choose one of the two( the other one that is not the default).

EDIT: Its telling me I should restart in 16 bit for better performance? The performance is slow and glitchy for me.

yes i'm getting it on my pc too, but i didn't have any problem with the gameplay speed...

yes i'm getting it on my pc too, but i didn't have any problem with the gameplay speed...
Im having a problem with both. Everytime the music glitchs the game freezes, it works but its like its bugged or something (I doubt it is) so every second or 2 it stops then continues if theres no solution I guess I'll have to deal with it.
