You have to go to all the collection points (the green grass) first before the reaper will appear. Then you use either Yuela or Emelita to attack the reaper.
And it is not required to pass the river to get past this stage. (You can go back later to complete the stage when you have the Dive skill or Fish bracelet accessory)

The label can be removed by finishing the Deadbeat Dungeon. It's a pretty decent place to go to though. Very fast leveling and decent gears for the beginning.

Ooo~k, this is odd... nao in my 2nd playthrough, and I'm goin for yuela's route... how do I get to her route? already talked to her at night when prompted, yet I ended up with Emilita... did I go wrong somewhere?

View Yuela's measurement scene.
Uya joined. Melodiana guest or joined.
Aht Lv6 or Sharty Lv 12.
All conditions must be met to start her route.
For Serawi
View Serawi's measurement scene.
Aht, Suina and Crayl joined.
For Emilita
Don't view Yuela/Serawi scenes.
This is the default if you miss the requirements of the other two.

It also seems that the quest for the chisel of the little boy locks your route.Yup that is the cut off. Whoever you have completed requirements for when you do that event is your route.

THAT'S what I missed. Since I finished the game once, I didn't think I'd need o find these guys again since I already got them in the previous... thnks.
Edit: hmmm... so if the boy with the chisel quest is the cut-off, does it mean I have to do the requirements for the routes before I give the chisel to the boy? or before the boy makes the request?
Edit2: NVM, Got it. cut-off is when you give the chisel to the boy.

This was probably post but 46 pages is alot to go through. I'm in chapter 3 and I'm at Yuma Lake. I have to get 100% completion. I've gotten mostly 97%. What am I missing? All the enemies are gone and I have found the secret rooms in the top right,top left, middle, middle left and i think middle top
