Finished first round in Extra, proceeding smoothly umu. Also, I knew it already but Saber's dress really is YARASHII.

Plot wise, how different is it if I take Caster in my second playthrough? Is it worth the replay?

Caster has loads of fun and impossible to hate personality however, people say there's difficulties in getting her full matrix. As for the plot, there's two routes, so you're going through your first gameplay with Saber/Extra, might as well explore the other route.

Oh, so it is possible to miss out on information about your servant before the end of the game? Should I be careful about this or is it just secondary... Well it's not like I don't know who that Saber is since I can count on a certain someone to remind me of how friggin long her real name is =D.

Personally, I like to know about each servants' background to the fullest detail released by Type-Moon. Not really mandatory but fun side quest/mission lol. Visit their room everyday if you wanna make sure you don't miss out their info. It's a hit or miss kinda deal lol. For some servants, pick a choice wisely, otherwise you piss them off, which is kinda funny, or know their true name and history.

For Nero you get it regardless of what you pick iirc.

Playing through with a different servant wont change the story just the interactions and there is no changes ever in the 1st 3 rounds. There is a choice later on that will lead you to one of the 2 paths but you reach the same ending.


In addition there is a bonus boss in the last dungeon before the final fight so make sure you do all of Taiga's errands each week to unlock it.

Oh and a bit of advice on stats....most people agree luck is useless

Also about Sakura's breast size changing they don't say it specifically but after turning into Dark Sakura it caused several changes in her body in addition at the end of the Heavens Feel route she is a year older thus in Hollow Ataraxia she is more developed.

Done with my 2nd playthough with caster(lol finally played caster again after all this time), still didnt get her matrix to E, stuck at lvl 3 matrix.....

Still no E? I got it on my 2nd time through no problem. If you really want a Rank E you could always use a guide

My PSP broke, and my SD card broke with it, since crying isn't an option. Should I cop the extra fifty bucks for a Vita, just so I can play this again?

I recently got a Vita and I was Surprised by how well laid out the system is but I kept my PSP for UMD's of course but if you arent worried about UMD's I woulds say go for it

It seems like it won't be released without some rather heavy editing to character models. Considering that the company who localized the first game didn't even bother hiring voice actors... Yeah I'm plenty worried.
