No,because ninja characters can teleport and spam cheap hits like sub zero's freezeball , scorpion's spear , ermac's gravity move , noob&smoke can both teleport and have allot of projectiles to fire from.

Always favored Sub-Zero, with Scorpion as a close second.

Dude, those are some of the most basic and concrete attacks in the series. If you're not used to them after the ninth game they've been around, then I don't know what to say. That's like complaining about Ryu's Hadoken and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku in Street Fighter. Learn to defend against them because they're not going away.

NO my complaint is when ever i play against a ninja character the person using them alway's like to spam the same moves with the characyer for example a person abusing freezeball,spear,teleportaion,gravity,etc just for a cheap hit.you couldn't do this in the old MK games where you could side step.

You are talking to a vet here man.I started mk with mk2 back in the arcades but back then non of this was done i even played UMK3 in XBL and nobody ever spammed with them.

I wouldn't necessarily say nobody spammed them. But I don't really have anything to compare MK online to. I never played MK vs DC and I only have MK3 on my DS and SNES, not XBLA. However, your supposed rise in spammers could be due to a boost in game sales to more gamers. Including inexperienced players who may be new to MK (i.e. kids). I'll be honest, when I first started playing MK, I picked up Scorpion and Sub-Zero because they're two of the more approachable characters in the game and have easier movesets to memorize. I mean, what's so hard about back, back, low punch? Until they can figure out the fighters' list of combos, they'll just stick to spamming base attacks.

I never spam moves because I hate when people do it to me, so I don't do it to them. If I ever have "spammed" a move though, it would probably be Ermac's Whirling Axe attack. That shits awesome. My friend always gets pissed when I successfully do Telekinetic Slam and that kind of stuff. The thing I don't like it that sometimes Ermacs moves don't work, even if you hit the right buttons and he does the motion as if he's doing the attack, it doesn't work.
