And here's another silly question: Is it recommended to destroy EVERY single enemy in the map? There are missions that need only destroy certain ships; should I destroy the minions first before going in for the kill? I think this has something to do with the girls' mood... or something...

Nah, you don't need to. It won't raise affection just scores. If you feel that the Elsior is threatened go destroy them first.
Just make sure no one is destroyed.
Except those Military guys, but don't waste them.

You'll have to install them; like installing a game expansion... I believe you should install the chitose add-on before installing the translation patch...

i think something is wrong with the files. when i try to extract them with 7zip, i get an error messege saying the files are broken, and for some reason they are being put in a GAMLpart04 folder.
