Gmod Help. >.<

Ok so i took some pretty funny pictures on Gmod and now im in a pickle i guess you could say.
Ok so i know how to use the camera on there and where to find the pictures i have taken. But i ran into a problem. The pictures i took were not uploaded to Steam like i hoped it would.
So Now i want everyone to see the pics i took and for them to be on my screen shots on steam.
Now i sure as hell am not going back to redo every pictures jsut so i can screenshot it.
Ugh so can anyone help me?
im Simply trying to take the pictures i took and then add them to my screenshots on steam. Any help would be most grateful.
