Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time (aka Growlanser IV: Over Reloaded) is the PSP port of the classic Growlanser IV, but loaded to over capacity with action, plot twists, new characters, new animations, new relationships, and more endings than 30 RPGs combined.
Official Site is now up: http://www.atlus.com/growlanserpsp/index.html
Game's World:
2000 years ago, humankind progressed in magic and science, and built an advanced civilization. However, they came into battle against powerful angels, and were slain to the brink of extinction.
_Humankind revived eventually from this downfall and rebuilt new civilization. However, the battle with the angels was so devastating that many things were lost, such as the technologies of magic and science. In the present time, there is no one who knows the truth of what happened; there are only myths that speak of "magic" and "angels that punished humanity". Even the existence of the angels who destroyed mankind have been reduced to legend and folklore.
Even as eras change and pass, war occurs among humans.
...But, as one might imagine, the malevolent angels come back and the key to stopping them and saving mankind is in the form of a young mercenary known as Crevanille (default name, but can be chosen by the player).
Additional Info:
If you like JRPGs with complicated themes, a plot clouded in mystery and dark adventure, a wide cast of unique characters, and a story that revolves around how you play and interact with the cast, then this is a must-buy.
EDIT:
A problem with licensing the Japanese VA work and comment on the lack of Eng VA work:
"
Atlus USA also specify that, while the game’s animated cutscenes will be fully-voiced, the rest of the game is unvoiced. This is due to licensing restrictions in the case of the game’s Japanese voice track. Additionally, Atlus say that the “vastly expanded script” proved prohibitive to providing an English voice track."

Well, it is a business related issue and cost related issue, and it's not like Atlus is pulling a lazyass SEGA by cutting out parts of the game and extra content to save localization time (ala Yakuza 3).
It's disappointing, but understandable.
EDIT 2: Game comes out
