On another note, what the hell is a valid argument in this case, if said stuff are not? If I dun like it cuz I think it's boring, it should be a pretty damn valid argument, even if You might laugh your way through the entire game.
Finding it boring is generally a perfectly fine argument to diss a game. But the GTA series usually contains a broad spectrum of gameplay styles and elements, making it accessible for a wide number of people. There's usually so many stuff you can do that growing tired of it takes quite a while to happen. I've cashed in thousands of hours playing GTA games myself, and it's because of it's rich diversity, making for great replay value.
But I guess there could be people that don't find anything entertaining about it.

And I think that the entire GTA series are way too repetitive and uninteresting. You have fun at first wreaking havoc, driving awesome cars, and enjoying some tiny moments when the stories actually are interesting, but in the end, you tire of it waaaay before you finish 100%. More like, 30%.
Do you mean 100% just the story, or all the minigames too? If you mean the minigames then it's normal. Completing all the minigames takes way too much time, and you should be pretty tired of the game by then. But till then there's still much cool stuff you can do to keep yourself entertained. I don't see how can someone find it boring. But oh well.

GTA Cycle of Life:
Drive car here - Kill civies - Make police mad - Cheat to get away from police - rinse and repeat
You are a sad person if you haven't found anything else to do in GTA besides that.
