Makes me think of Mother 3 but I doubt that is right. That or something from the Mana series (Secret of Man, Legend of Mana etc.) although I couldn't pin down which one to save my life since I haven't played them all.

I basically know everything about that game. Like I said before, I used to play it a LOT when I was a kid. Game didn't leave my system for an entire year.

A Link to the Past is the best SNES game.
DKC is the best platformer for the console, even better than SMW imo.

I owned all of the best SNES titles, Super Metroid, TLOZ A link to the past, Earthbound, Donkey Kong Country, and a few others (I liked Megaman X 3, but many others didn't, golden armor bitches) and out of those Donkey Kong Country is my least played game.

I didnt own an SNES but on the emulator i've played a bunch of games and Link to the Past, Metroid and Earthbound were all great games. I'll have to try donkey kong later.
