Guitar Hero: Anime Hero

Apparently there are 2 different anime hero's circulating around. The only place I could find them were from DDL links from non-english speaking sites. Apparently there are NTSC/UC versions in english so it shouldn't be a problem to play it on the US playstation 2, its just that I can't find it anywhere. My ps2 isn't modded so its not gonna work on mine if I download it and burn it to a cd. Anyone know where to find a retail version? Here's what I found about it:

also, is this a hoax or is it real? I hope it isn't but there just isn't that much information about it out there which keeps me skeptical.

"Modding" Guitar Hero games to play custom songs isn't anything new. I did it to my copy of Guitar Hero 2 to put Through the Fire and Flames (this was before Guitar Hero 3 was announced) and the South Park theme song on it.
