Hard Corps: Uprising

A 2D shooter by Arc System Works (the creators of BlazBlue and Guilt Gear). That's enough to get me interested.

It'll be on PSN and XBL, the set date is unknown.

Looks really fun, and I am going to enjoy playing this co-op.
