still a DotA player too, but am wee bit tired of it, though money comes from the DotA tree, HoN is still good, hope the actual game release would be free to play!!

I hate DoTA now due to Map Hack whores and Pussies Of The Moons who rely solely on
Elune's > If hit, come close and sucker punch/not hit, stay away > bottle > leap away in the slightest hint of danger > bottle > shoot Elune's randomly > If hit, come close and sucker punch/not hit, stay away > leave lane to rune whore > get back to lane > repeat.
It's so goddamn pathetic, and I WILL STAY AWAY FROM DoTA until Icefrog resolves the Map Hack issue.
P.S. Stuns, Instagibs, Bottles, and Pussy-oTM are for pussies.

Maphack in DotA is called brain, wards and stealth, nothing more, nothing less.
If you don't know how to play, don't blame fake things like Maphack, please. :D
And as for Mirana, that's just the same, if you're good enough, you'll never get hit by any arrow ...
On topic, I don't know HoN, but I'm trying League of Legends (LoL), another DotA-like.
And for now, I don't think any game can beat DotA, but they can be different, and have some good and bad points comparing the original game.

I didn't say that I was getting hit by the PoTM arrows, but I do admit that Maphacking really irks me. DoTA is a great game, I agree hands down but the problem is that cheats degenerate the players, making the experience less and less enriching over time. And as much as the HoN Vs. LoL rage is going on, I am an avid player of both and dont see much of a difference between them that is worth killing somebody over in the internet.

i like hon more coz the graphics are so awesome and there are heroes there that aren't in dota but now you have to pay to play for hon on the other there are private servers i still cant decide
