How much gameplay is too much?

After a few days with no sleep of playing nothing but fallout 3, I started jerry-rigging weapons together and stealing from any unlocked containers around me without any thought of repercussion because I was "in sneak mode" and nobody could see me. I then started shooting people who I didn't like, and hanging out in nuclear power plants to get that realistic irradiated feeling. Once my hair started falling out and I realized I was becoming a ghoul, si I ran into the metro tunnels wearing a suit of armor I had stolen from the smithsonian museum to feel like I had power armor. I then started viciously murdering any human who came into the tunnels, and was never caught.
