I want a PS3

Argh! I wish I had a PS3, even with the price drop, it's still pretty expensive.
I'm fearful about lag in this game though, with 256 people at once there's bound to be some heavy lagging... unless the developers or whoever, managed to do away with it; this game being specifically developed for multiplayer and all.

I would like one too. I was pretty impressed by the gameplay I was watching on JTV. I'd probably rage a lot though because it looked like you had to have some pretty decent skill, and as much as I love FPS I'll come right out and admit I'm lacking in that department.

Can only get better right?

Anyway, I plan on getting a PS3 eventually and I'll definitely consider getting this game.

I'm gonna have nightmares about this... I know I will.

No backwards compatibility, I'm assuming.

Doesn't really matter for me when I eventually buy my PS3, a lot of my PS2 games are either imported or burned and wouldn't work anyways.

I really enjoy my PS3. I'm glad I bought it. The lack of backwards compatibility has never really irked me though since I had not bought the system to play my ps2 games on.

Every year is "apparently" the year of the PS3.

Anyways, this game will be steamrolled once BFBC2 comes out. Its just a game to hangover for a month or two until BFBC2 is released.

Fuck MAG, only reason id get a PS3 is for God of War 3.

You don't need a backwards compatibility, if you're a fan of the Playstation System and got all 3 Playstations. lol

I still have my PSX and PS2. and now, I'm going to be able to finally buy a PS3. Glad I saved enough money to buy one lol.

Tbh i thinking buying a product solely because of the brand name is silly. I hate consumerism like this, its sad that this is how the majority of people buy their services and goods, from brand name not for quality or needs necessary.

Basically buy the console that has the games that you want to play, not because it has a Sony logo on it.

This excludes Macs of course, or even any Apple product XD

That's kind of how I feel. All the fanboys thought I was some kind of traitor for having owned a PS2 and buying a 360 and not a PS3. I just don't, or rather didn't, think the PS3 had any good games that I was interested in. So what? I'm supposed to not own any console and wait until the off-chance the PS3 had something I wanted to play rather than owning a 360? Good grief.

I have both, though I havent even touched my 360 in half a year.

Im extremely turned off from the Xbox because of how the customer service treated me when my account was stolen.

They said the same thing for over month and a half straight: "We'll call you back tomorrow and let you know the details."

Well of course they never called back and finally after almost 7 weeks, they just said "We'll lock your account, so no one can use it, and give you a free year subscription to make another."

What about the saves I wont be able to use anymore? My 30k gamerscore? All my friends names I can't remember because they have too many odd characters in them? My leaderboard positions (I was in the top 50 for a lot of things on GH2,GH3, and RB2)? What about those?

Now, this is just my story, I'm sure everyone else has had better luck than me. I'm not bashing it, but I'm done with 360. I love my PS3, there are plenty of games I enjoy. Nothing on the 360 interests me anymore, anyway.


About MAG, I played the beta and I thought it was meh. It gets a lot better when you level up though. I noticed a lot of things wrong with it (just glitchy stuff) so Im sure the full game will be a lot better.

I'm buying PS3 and not the 360 is because of the games. 360 shines with FPS's and Online Multiplayers, but I'm not an avid fan of FPS's, and the fact that not many of my friends have a 360 is another factor.

I'm buying a PS3 just because I thikn it will have more promising RPG games in the future..

like maybe Suikoden 6 ... :D

If you get a PS3 buy Valkyria Chronicles and Disgaea3. I love those games.~~
