It's a legit game, though you're better off Googling for it to find a proper link instead of using an ad.

I've been playing this for a few months. No viruses, no scams, no tricks. Everything is exactly as you see it. You don't have to pay to play, and there is no content that requires payment.
Side note, there are/were many games that use suggestive ads to lure in players and end up having zero sexual content. This is not one of them. Although it's not nearly as good as playing an actual eroge, everything is there as advertised. I think Nutaku (they are running this game) is doing pretty good work.
