Japanese 3rd Strike players hands in motion

I can't help but share this video I found a while back, so is this how most Japanese play 3rd Strike? Kind of make me wish how Daigo's hands works, especially now he's playing MvsC3 in EVO 2011.

i've been playing Gundam Extreme VS since last year and my hand works are getting similar with the pros in SEGA arcade.
