Don't worry. The Act 1 demo has nothing of the sort, and the final version may have the option to skip all sex scenes.

I'm pretty sure that the ability to skip h scenes was confirmed, but that button won't even be touched by me :P

Cool. I've been following this game for a couple years now. I was rather impressed with the demo, so it's good to hear that the full game is set to release soon.
