Right now? No, not one spec of hint nor announcement.
well, it's still early to conclude yet, since it was released in 2008, and sequels would take a bit more time, since they want to (OVERDRIVE) make something else first.

It also isn't just a couple of extra routes like Eiden Fantasia was; Curtain Call continues on after KiraKira's true end, so it's different in that regard as well.
