They have awesome plots, but need better graphics.

I completely agree. but lately some of my favorite games like Final fantasy have been lacking story and was more focused on graphics. pwp

FF13 was horrid... graphics were great, but overall gameplay and story were average..

Why can't they make an awesome storyline for a game with awesome graphics? why does it have to be a trade off for one or the other Q.Q

And that sounds interesting, I'd love to see another mgs on PC, though given the current state of console's popularity in japan I doubt it'll happen.

Gameplay>Story>Graphics.

Back then, games didn't need much plot, graphics or DLC to be good.

Pretty graphics are fun to look at though.

I agree about the gameplay and plot > Graphics. Playing XC now made me realize that, but at the same time, I just couldn't help but imagine how heavenly great this game would be if it had 360/PS3 tier graphics.

I think the graphics for MGS are good as they are, MGS 4 was the most beautiful as it was and the HD collections even made the the presentation of the the three featured games were more cleaner and fluid. I'm curious if they'll improve on both story and graphics when MGS: Revengance comes out later.
