One day, Yukimitsu visits Kirara's laboratory, who is his old friend and a member of the Special Institute of Chemistry. But he accidentally presses a button of a strange device on her desk and a big explosion occurs.... When smoke disappears, he finds himself being a girl!!! The device is actually invented to change sex! Kirara is satisfied with his cuteness. Ginsei, Yukimitsu's close friend, bursts into laughter. Yukimitsu begs Kirara to return his sex, but Ginsei breaks the device with a chop. Yukimitsu, who is now a girl, gets into troubles such as being molested in train, but he somehow gets by. Days later, the device is repaired and he returns to a man. But his trouble isn't finished yet.... He gets involved in various troubles as a man or a girl....
