I donno... I brought the first two legend of heros game on psp and they both sucked...

I don't really want to buy another legend of heros game ever...

just because you think the previous games suck doesnt mean this have to suck.

Note: I am not saying that you cannot say that things suck. Just that you should try it before giving your opinion. For all you might have not realised, your happy little comment may have effectively offended the person who bothered to upload this.

I'm not saying this particular Legend of Heros suck. I'm just saying I have doubts about buying it because of my previous experience with this series...

As I saw it, the first one was okay, the second was a little better gameplay-wise, but I could never get myself to finish the third (I think I got to the last dungeon). The storyline just wasn't that exciting, and the battles got a bit too repetative. This is all my personal thoughts on the game (and the sixth one may kick ass).

By the way, Mechgouki, what are your thoughts on the game, battle and storywise?

The first 2 were pretty much really really generic old skool RPG style. You get into a battle and pick your choices. Attack, magic, item and ect. The storyline weren't great either. Nothing epic or awesome like FF6 nor did it contain tons of humor like Disgaea. Story and battle system were below average. Maybe my standards is too high because of all the rpgs I've played in the past...

Anyway, that's just the first 2 in the series, I don't know if it's gotten a lot better or not since so I can't judge anything after the 2nd game.

Did you know what happened when I tried to post this topic? The bloody server made me submit more than ten times before it went through! I even pinged the thing on DOS prompt, with no response!

I'll wait till they get a server that doesn't suck this bad first.

Assuming the problem doesn't lie in your Direct X or graphic card, did you set non-unicode settings to Japanese?

It's always in Jap setting. Nothing wrong with graphic or so. :D
