No, no, no, examine the picture for a moment. They're chums. No one will consume anyone. Obviously, due to it's mass and sheer power, Altair would not fair well against king kong. Secondly, we have no good reason to assume that king kong is Alex's enemy. He is fighting the military, Alex's most dangerous rival. To me it seems like Alex is teaching our ancient friend the well established laws of physics with a simple coin toss. Whether or not Altair is contemplating getting laid in this time period is a different story.

Neither would fight. Mercer would fly off to consume Web of Intrigue targets. Altair would look for flags. King Kong goes un-challenged until the Damascus town guard and a thermobaric tank come and kill him.

If I had to choose, though, I'd say Mercer, because just look at him for a second, then shit bri/x/ when you see that ALL HIS COLLARS ARE POPPED! He is clearly the better choice.

Considering how boring and nonsensical Alex's game was (not to mention his powers) I would have to say Altair. Also...it would be a lot more interesting to see Altair have to climb and stab him in critical places Shadow of the Colossus style.
