The game features the Shinsengumi warriors as little girls fighting each other. The game can be played in 1P/ 2P mode. The selling point, however, is that the girls will slowly regenerate from the damage unless the player takes a picture of their panties. Therefore, the objective of the game is to deal damage to the enemy while creating chances to take pictures of her panties, and then repeat until she is knocked out. All panty shots are kept in a photo album from which the player can view any time.

Who says video games don't teach real life stuffs? :P

The game is in Japanese, but the necessary parts to play a fighting game, the Menu, is in English. There's also an English Game Manual included to make the gameplay easier to understand. Just download the manual for more info about the game, controls & also how to use special skills.
