Okay, yeah, this game runs weird or something, cause I can't seem to get it to work.
But there are movie files I can play, and they are awesome, so I'm content until somebody finds a way to play this game.

well, too bad we can't do Setsu, she wears a beautiful black panties though.

checked the 2nd trailer and checked the guide you posted... it seems that she's available...

Remember someone saying Setsu was to be the female lead for the next game. Sounds like wishful thinking to me, but hey.
I'm ~90% done with the game and only pantsu for Setsu...maybe there's some cg unlocked after completing the story, but almost certain she's not playable.
General hints:
-talk with npc's to unlock extra actions
-certain characters may be clicked( boy and both girls)
-don't do anything with chinazu and she will ask you questions
-click back button with chinazu then the top choice(ã”ã‚ã‚“ãª) to ditch her
-smoking guy's third choice, if available, provides hints
