Majikoi (English) (Wanko Patch Get)

After watching the first episode, I have finally decided to install Majikoi, which as been sitting on my hard drive for several months now. Unfortunately, when I try to run the Setup.exe, I get an error saying I'm "missing d3dx9_35.dll from my computer" and I can't install...

I downloaded d3dx9_35.dll, and put it in my System32 folder but it still doesn't work. I've also tried running the Setup through Applocale, but it still won't work. I'm at my wit's end as to what to do. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

It seems that you're using old version of directx, install latest version of it. or
"The d3dx9_35.dll error might be a fluke or one-time issue and a restart could clear it up. It's unlikely this will fix the problem, but restarting is always a good first step." - uncle google

They pretty much nailed the first impressions of every character quite well in one episode. I fear that it will then go into flashback mode and talk about how Chris and Yukie came to be in the story. Gonna rewatch the episode just because.

Did you change your regional settings to japanese? Your windows isnt showing japanese letters.

these are the only things i was able to see (and write xd), but have u mounted both of the CD's? I think i had this error when i installed another game and forgot to mount one cd. Try that and then tell us if it works.
it could also be that the disk is damaged but i don't think so though...

I think you forgot to put the crack in the game folder.
Did you get the reg.dll after download the game ?_?
If you got it ,then throw it into the game folder.
If it doesn't solve your problem then I'm out of idea.
