Guys is MG not doing DC II? And "mentioned" DC III?

Mangagamer already released DC II. Are you talking about some extension like plus communication? If so I think that Mangagamer said that the current DC games need to sell more to check that possibility.
DC III will be translated (I remember some time ago that Mangagamer announced it.), however, the japanese version will probably be released on April so the translation will certainly take some time.

Oh yes, mangagamer will release a Deardrops hard copy! And it'll be a limited edition! I'm sooo going to get it when it's out on the Euro shop!
