FUCK! I knew it!! THIS ANIME WAS A VN!

the Heroine is too details as just for anime, this is what i think too first when i saw the first episode.

If only this VN can be translated to English, I really want to play it. If only I understood Japanese text. T_T

Actually, this has been going on for awhile. Since Kimi Ga and titles like Shuffle! were made into anime, it's an ever increasing number of VNs being converted into anime. So normally when you have a guy that's surrounded by a bunch of potential targets, you can safely say that there is a high chance that it is a VN. LoL. The only problem I have with these anime is that they don't usually end in a satisfactory manner. For example, take the following from the more recent titles:



Usually what they do is they get the story on and on, then they just suddenly rush the last 2 episodes and get the main to make a choice. Either that or you get an 'ending which is not really an ending', where the guy doesn't choose but remains friends with all of em, leaving you fuming and cursing that you don't have a proper closure to the series, yet you don't know enough Japanese to play the VN. That said, I'm expecting this series to be somewhat the same. I can only hope it doesn't end that way. Kimi Ga is one of the perfect examples of great closure, though I think it could have been a couple of episodes longer.

Yes normally its to "good" to be the first episode, with the intro of all the girls so early you'd have that itchy feeling of this is not a normal plot of an anime.
Almost every season they put in a VN adaptation like "Hoshizora E Kakaru Hashi" that fall the category of "ecchi,harem and comedy"

the game suddenly closed when i play the game... for some reason it keeps closing within a range of time...

Like seriously, I don't hate it, but every season there is anime that was released as a VN first.

I seem to have an error while installing the game....Can't read Japanese though so I'm not quite sure what's the problem. I don't think it is my regional settings - Mine has been set to 'Japanese' since God knows when...

Some group out there needs to hurry up and translate this shit. Sad face.

I'm really interested in this game since I just finish watching the anime, but I have a question - since this anime is not translated someone suggested using a program called AGTH and something else, but since I always play translated VN, I dont really know how.

Do I download it and when I play this game I just open the AGTH program and it will automatically translate or is there more to it than that?

Anyways I liked how the anime ended but I want Angie too so Im playing this game.

I forgot to ask whenever I play some translated VN's I was able to play it without changing my Region settings but apparently you need to if you want to play games like this.

So I was wondering what does changing your region settings can do for this game?
(Im only asking because I've played some VN's before and my region settings have always been in UK and I've played it fine.) Anyways thanks again.

All the information you'll need for AGTH and ATLAS is in this thread on hongfire. As for regional settings, they are needed to be changed in some circumstances along with the system locale to allow non-unicode programs to run on your computer in the specified language.

Basically the VN won't be translated just by switching your region settings, which is pretty fackin gay, but it will run.
