Just finished. SOooooooooooooooooooooooo goooooooood. It's been a pleasant surprise since I stumbled upon it all that time ago when part one was in translation. A real gem.
My only problem being a constant feeling of dissatisfaction due to my dislike for femdom, though I honestly couldn't see this game being any other way.

Hopefully more of those mods come out/are translated for it.

Finally, I can read chapter 3.

So upon finishing the game and unlocking the music for Chapter 3, the music tab bugs and won't open. All of the error text is in Japanese as well, so I have no idea what is happening. Any fixes for this yet?

Finished the game and i must say it was really great, i hope the future brings about more games like this or just more monstergirl stuff in general.

Not an update, but this is apparently a thing: MGQ NG+
It's a downloadable scenario that picks up from after you finish the main story in chapter 3. You start the game over (from chapter 1) but at max level and can romance just about anything.

it just crashes at some Point.

Is there another Monstergirl game out there?
