2. Extract Part 1 and 2 to get ISO file
3. Mount ISO file with Daemon, then install it straight away
4. Extract the translation rar file and place the patch.xp file together with the installation directory.

I searched for awhile for your problem but I cant seem to find a solution anywhere as your problem is not really common. I cant seem to get the meaning for your error so try re-installing? or try this

Its the savedata from my folder, Im thinking maybe it fails to create the savedata file so try extracting this and replace it in your installation directory....this is just a random guess so it might not work...
And for confirmation
the files in your directory is

LPK-30004 3.16mb
LPK-30004.exe.console 2.41kb

Yes, I did it awhile ago so unless there was an update or something that I missed I should be fine. I've played plenty of other eroge and VNs and I rarely get problems, and even if I do get a problem it's usually something trivial like a misplaced file. Does it have anything to do with me using Vista? Because Vista has been a huge pain in the ass when it comes to installing and playing games. I'll check over my unicode settings again though, just in case, thanks.

After looking through your list I realize I'm missing LPK-30004.exe.console for whatever reason. I've installed the game 3 times and I'm still missing it. Another weird thing I noticed is that the game runs perfectly fine in Japanese without the patch, only after placing the patch in the directory do I get the error.

I think that LPK-30004.exe.console file doesnt matter, its a readme file...i dont even know how I got it lol but it doesnt effect the game wether its there or not.
