so i heard jast usa plans to release it, i think im going to buy it just to own the hard copy and the other extra things it comes with, hell the game is that good

they actually plan to release Saya no Uta,Kikokugai and Hanachirasu together in a single bundle due to them being short,I feel like buying even more if they are really gonna do it.

No matter which option I press, I keep returning to that screen. Earlier when I forgot to patch it in English, I was stuck on that screen in Japanese as well. I just reinstalled it and I cant advance. Only the return button gives me a response and it takes me back to the same screen.
On a side note, I don't understand what 1REW and 1FF means.
I think I'm stuck in some kind of menu screen that pops up just as I start the game. I can right-click and select Cancel, but I end up here again.
Edit: OK. I think I figured it out, I mashed the return button about 10 times and the text advanced. I have to do the same thing every single time to make the text advance.
I find it weird that the text keeps scrolling back to the beginning, the 1REW button is always highlighted. Is the game automatically clicking the 1REW button?
On a side note, I don't understand what 1REW and 1FF means.

No, it's not related to your region settings. It seems your issue is about the game going repeatedly to the log screen and then as you said, always press the 1REW buttom automatically.
Try uninstalling the game and run a registry cleaner. Then try installing the game in another location.
If you use Windows Vista or Seven try running the game as admin or use the compatibility mode before applying the patch to see if the problem is still there.
If it is, copy all the files from the english patch to your game folder replacing them if necessary and try again running the game. As for advice, that's only what I can give.
By the way, the girl on your avatar is Natsuro from Kampfer right? Because if it's from another anime please tell me ^^

It didn't work :( The scrolling did decrease to about half the rate it was before. Maybe it's got to have something to do with me having 64-bit Windows... Can you tell me if you use 32-bit or 64-bit?
I can still barely manage to click through the story by hitting return and clicking rapidly to advance to text but you can imagine how painful it would be to try to play through the whole game like that. Maybe I'll install the game on another computer later.
The girl in my pic, is not Natsuru, she is Touwa Erio from Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko. I can see where you're mistaken. They both have blue eyes and blue hair.

I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. Your issue may be related to the fact that you use a 64-bit system. I feel your pain trying to play the game having all these problems.

Lol, the anime itself is pretty interesting. What I mean is it's quite out there and I think you'll enjoy it immensely. I can only hope that it gets a continuation.

One of the Ops on the channel is running 64-bit Windows and played it perfectly fine. It must be something to do with my configuration. They also mentioned that someone's working on a FINAL(final final final) version and it should be out sometime nearing the end of this year.
