Tried using the nodvd patch, doesn't seem to work. Is there a proper way i should be applying it?
EDIT: Nevermind, managed to pull it off somehow, seems like my comp decided to run it after all -> +rep for the upload

I seem to be getting some kind of error after i installed it and applied patch so i'll just post the steps i used here, incase someone else encounter the same error.
And i have changed to japanese OS too.
1: Unrar it and used D-tools to mount it.
2: install at the prechosen path (If i change the path it wont work for some reason)
3: Copy and replace the 3 files from the no dvd Patch to the root dir of the game.
-Narukana.exe
-Narukana.log
-Narukana010003.exe
4: Apply the Narukana010003.exe (use the Adminstrator setting to proceed)
-Yes
-Yes
5: Start the game...wait a few secs and this terribly ugly window comes up

You changed to Japanese OS, did you just change the display language?
You need to change the language for non-unicode programs and your OS format to Japanese (or the location, try both).

Thank you very much both uploaders, saw this off the translation wiki while staring at daiteikoku, couldn't find a patch either so Huzzah for that.

Also, say specifically all the steps that you made.
