The toad graphic kind of clutters it up and would be hard to read from a distance. I prefer design B

I chose A simply for the fact of the Mario Kart reference. Personally, I would rather have the Toad Kart on the back of the shirt, so the front isn't cluttered, but Toad is a cool idea.

I have to go with B on this one, I don't mind the white space at the bottom, and this way you focus completely on Mario and his crispy mustache.

These shirts make me hungry for Pizza...so now I must go get some, but if I had to pick one, I would say Design B, It's simple and I like it.
