Need help with Nocturnal Illusion sound volume

I played this game just find until something happen and now I can hardly here any sound from this game.
Here's what happenned.
1.I go to the large bathroom(in-game btw) and the music change to some lousy kind one
2.At that time I want to view the scene with mistress again,so I load that data and the music stop playing!
3.When I play the game again the music play with such minimum volume.
Re-install doesn't help.Maybe something wrong with codec,but I'm not sure.
