let me rephrase that " Once your in a "girls" route there's no way you can deviate into another route."

I can't agree about saying that it has multiple ending since it's just "one girl, one ending"

you need time(a long time of practice) and commitment to learn languages through self study. the shit with self-study is: you wouldnt really know if you really got the meaning in all context-es since you only encounter the generic usage in books. even if you spent a long time and accomplished what is a 'satisfactory level of competence' for 'a person who self-studied', the media which you are studying japanese for could possibly have lots of cultural references/nuances/batshit shortforms that formal self study books do not cover.

Memorize the word when watching anime but that usually doesn't work out very well.
If you take lessons for a year you'll able to speak/comprehend Japanese quite fluently. Don't know about the kanji reading part though, that's tricky.

Hmmm... For me, after listening to convos in animes for a few years, I can catch pretty basic words. To properly understand, I really suggest you pick up a course, one that's provided by centres that prepare you for JLPT (Those are better... My friend took one by a random group and I could speak more Jap than he did. I never took classes.) As for Kanji, it really takes time. Japanese find their own languages hard, so... Yep, all the best if you intend to pick it up.

Back on, anime was good. Oh wells... I'll put this on hold until I can read kanji better (ughh @ agth+atlas) XD

omg i wanted to play this so bad, i was so happy too see it but then i read... not translated.. not even a "not done translated" why wont anyone do this, i know the anime wasn't a master piece but it is definitely a better among many worse so why not... i want to play a yuri or trans yuri lead vn so bad :X

though in the anime the main character voice was female, so is the main's voice audio? also are there a lot of inner thoughts like chaos;head? i might be able to play it if they use simply words. i wish there was a place to learn japanese around where i live, 2 different types of chinese but not japanese -_-, i would have started when i first got into high school 4-5 years ago

I actually find the anime above average only. The only masterpieces for animes I've come across would probably be Ef, Clannad, and Code Geass, with Gundam 00 just a little below the above mentioned. If the main character had voice, that would be great, since I'm just like you... If I can hear it, I can play it more easily. I won't be playing this anytime soon, you might want to test it out.

i meant how for like 2-3 years there was mostly average or below average anime showing, and a lot was based on h-games or 2nd season(hate 2nd seasons after shakugan no shana 2nd season and zero no tsukaima 3rd season), but otome came out at that time and i liked it a lot more then any of the others(at that time)
and there are tons more (the reason i felt that way and still do about anime at that time was, i had watched) kannazuki no miko, futakoi alternative, and interlude(love this one so much), there was also the remake Negima?! and around then too i think which was really good, much better then the original anime(though the negima?! manga cant compare to the original)

i liked ef couldn't finnish it though, couldn't watch the last ep >_> was afraid to find out what happened to the girl who loses memories
same for clannad, they came out with the movie b4 ending the series and i watched it, cried for a whole day, then found, i couldn't watch the anime to see it happen again >_< code geass was great, hated the end, because lelouch was the only one i wanted to n** ***(just in case someone hasn't seen the end), it was a fantastic end but i still didn't want his *****(and the second season felt more like a continuation then a drag on that i see 2nd seasons as) and tried to watch gundam 00 but problems with codecs(at the time) made me quit half way through but it could never compare(to me) to wing, it was much better then seed(drag on destiny), but still no where to wing(to me)
