Got it yesterday, played for an hour and Chie already gets on my nerves. :D

And that game really likes the color yellow.

Well, this game is really trying to separate itself with the after effect after playing P3.

P3 is like dark, gloomy, while P4 is more "bright" and cheerful, I even like the dungeon song, while P3 was trying to make me go to sleep with it's dungeon song. :roll:

Just thought I'd let you all know that I'm uploading 10 P4 doujinshi, a P4 HCG set and later will be posting a P4 doujinshi that I've commissioned for translation.

They'll all be in this thread when they're ready - should be within the next hour and a half.

Also, here's the official Japanese artbook. Somewhat better than the one given away for free with North American pre-orders though not entirely different.

Somehow I COMPLETELY forgot this was coming out. Please, don't hurt me too badly =P. Anyway! I'm getting for Christmas and I'm extremely pumped. Hopefully I'll have something to add soon haha.

More P4 hentai in this thread, including an English translation of Midnight Escalator that I commissioned from sirC.

This gag manga was just translated by a couple of guys over at Danbooru and I edited the text onto the image as well as making a few adjustments to the word selection.

True, but I think the problem is that 99% of the Persona 4 experience is the storyline and it's just full of spoilers. Even mentioning whose dungeon you're in is really a spoiler because it reveals the direction a plot takes. I mean, hell, 90% of Naoto pics are spoilers by default and even talking about Naoto feels like a minefield of potential accidental spoilers.

In the P4 community that I'm part of, most people resort to saying "3rd dungeon" or whatever number it is rather than mentioning the name because even that is a spoiler. Well I guess all I can say is that I'm more than happy to give out advice or tips if anyone wants them.

It seems as if they're pretty close at first. InO has better stats and the "Amp" ability for Fire, Ice, Elec and Wind. That means that his spells of those elements will do 50% extra damage. He also has an ability that doubles his evasion rate against all attacks apart from Light, Dark and Almighty types. He is innately strong against all elements apart from those three, too.

Lucifer, however, seems a bit weaker but has some nice defensive things of his own. He nulls Dark and reflects Light (at lvl 96). Therefore, against such enemies, he is more durable than InO. Against enemies whose only attacks are Light/Dark, he is basically invincible. InO, however, is quite open to their instant death effects.

Lucifer's spells are quite a bit worse than InO (who has the best regular, single-target Fire, Ice, Elec and Wind spells, i.e. the -dyne spells, as well as Megidolaon) but then his spells only cost half the SP that they should, thanks to his Spell Master ability. That is sort of a bit useless, though, because of Victory Cry.

So, in summary, InO is basically quite a lot better in most situations. However, he lacks any defence against Light/Dark/Almighty whereas Lucifer is immune to the first two. Lucifer is less powerful attack-wise but can pretty much constantly do spells because of how much cheaper they are for him. InO also lacks any Phys skills whereas Lucifer has Brave Blade - a rank 7 attack (it goes from 1-8 and then 0 for the rare, ultimate skills).

Anyway..I want to know about P4 Dating system...So..which girl is the main character official Girlfriend??...can you do all of them, or just one of them??

you can date all girls at one like chie, yukiko, rise, sun commu girl, ai (the tsundere type), naoto (big spoiler here coz with this you know that naoto is a girl)
and as for me the main lover seems like Rise (lovers commu)

Being the lovers arcana doesn't mean that Rise is the main lover, I always think the most closest girl to the main character is Yukiko Amagi. And for starters there isn't any main lovers, it all depends on your own opinion.

And you MUST date all the girls. You don't want a half-assed Commu link, right? :lol:
