the way i see it, they overcharge their games
if they lowered the price they would probably get more buyers, more buyers can cover loses in lowering their price
seems everyone here is only aware of the PS1/PS2 era where you have games being churned out at $40-50 new...
Back in the SNES/Genesis era, a cartridge could have cost you up to $80..
But it's easy to see where the whole debate comes from, given how not everyone makes a lot of money and it's really tight these days.
