I was in a Rating Battle, with the basic lvl 50 rules
My Greninja was fully trained in Speed with a base of 122
Gengar's base was 110, but after Mega, it base Speed was raised to 130 also assuming my opponent fully trained it in Speed too.
In the same turn it turned to Mega Gengar, it outspeed my Greninja, and OHKO it with a Dazzling Gleam, while my Greninja was trying to do a Dark Pulse.
Switching out has a higher priority than Mega Evolutions, because Mega goes when the pokemon starts their move. Switching out is basically the same as using items, they always goes first. So, Shadow Tag doesn't matter at that time.
