Problem Honey Select (DLC) Help!

I installed the FAKKU Honey Select Unlimited Extend + Studio Neo and it isn't working. I launched it and all I'd get is a blank black screen, the yellow arrow cursor and then nothing else happened.
I searched further and found the advice "copy and paste the files and folders of the expansion (Honey Select Extend) to the base game (Honey Select Unlimited)" so I did that.
Now nothing happens at all!
If someone else has had this problem and solved it please help.
