Mm, well, if you read the comments, there's apparently some division as to how that should be interpreted:
Stores and the CSA are worried about a game that seems centered around bestiality (including pregnancy and the like), but that doesn’t means they’re going turn around and ban non-human heroines from all works. (Also, the examples you listed, like elves, vampires, etc., weren’t in the source that I could see…)

Well if there's a petition against all this banning crap I'd say go for it. After all who knows how far they'll go since they've already banned rape and are trying for lolita.

I remember hearing about that, the ban is only on hentai games right now. The thing though is, it's still only self imposed, the game companies don't have to go along with it. The Japanese have a few different gaming groups of censoring, so they can jump from the one group and join the other. The problem is, the one that's self imposing it is the major censoring group for gaming. I'm assuming though hentai companies will still find ways to get around it if not, they'll just join another censoring group.

But seriously, don't people have other things to do than to shut down industries in a time where the entire world economy has been shot to hell? I don't even think the feminists group are even considering the consequences of their lobbying efforts and how much of an impact it would make on certain industries... not the mention the public outrage.
And the number one thing that gets me is that there are plenty of women who enjoy hentai as much as men - go figure.
