PS3 unannounced maintenance

Anyone else having trouble logging on? I tried logging on both my PS3 and my PSN account through the play station website and it tell me they're still doing maintenance even if it say the Network is in On status in their website. Kotaku.com said it was all but done but I'm here in California and I still can’t log in.
