What do you mean by badass? If your talking about his skills then you are wrong again. In Rance's world you are born with a certain skill level. There are only 3 levels of skill, 1 for above average, 2 for mastery, and 3 for being a god among men in that skill. Rance is only a level 2 sword fighter just like Kenshin and Kentarou. Not very badass but he may be slightly in this category. There is also his levels to consider. Rance levels up very easily and and gets strong quickly. The problem is that you lose levels as fast as you gain them and due to his procrastination he loses them quickly. It is sort of like how if you are a runner and you stop running for 2 weeks, then it is very hard the next time you run because you are out of shape.
The other way he is a badass could be by is fame, but you are wrong there too. Whenever Rance does something major, like say helps Leazas liberation forces and kill 3 demons (one really cheaply) and defeats a former demon lord (Rance 3) or help lead the resistance against Zeth and kill three demons (yes, he kills 3 Xavier level demons in Rance 6) people in power tend to cover it up since it makes them look bad. This can be seen in Sengoku where 3G (apparently he is a master in data collection) has never heard of Rance and only starts believing his wild (but true) stories until you call for reinforcements and and people from Zeth arrive (every one in Sengoku from Zeth is very famous).

Kentarou and Miki games predate the Rance series and have no H. They are free to download on alicesoft's abandon ware page and are all in Japanese. So basically no people want to translate Kentarou and Miki games because they are not so famous as Rance and secondly no H scene. So in Rance game all the women and girl are not Virgin, the only Virgin is Miki?
