Uploading now. Uploaded. Make sure to have Rance Quest fully updated to the latest patch (1.15) before installing Rance Quest Magnum.

Imagine Breaker are you sure you need to have it patched to 1.15 before expansion?That's what I'm hearing, although I'm not 100% sure. If someone wants to tinker with it, go ahead. Definitely works though if you're installing 1.15 to Magnum.

I've cleared my download history and have attempted the download of the piece in question numerous times, but to no effect. Any idea what might be going on here and how to fix it?

Well, I would suggest to try to download the file to a different folder. By the way, when you said you cleaned your download history you we're refering to the temporary files right?
If it still doesn't work try with another browser.
Check if the downloaded file is of 200MB.
If it is, this issue seems related to your connection. Try to download from a different connection.
