Seems like your anti-virus kicked in as well. My norton keeps removing it saying there's a high risk object Infostealer inside. But seeing so many people play this game with no issues, I guess it's a false alarm. Just set your anti-virus to ignore it.

EDIT: Does windowed mode work? Whenever I try to put it in windowed mode it seems to crash. I hate playing on full screen and it sucks to not be able to use Alt+Tab mid-game. (If you know why I need this feature)

I think you have to stick to the Full screen mode. Mine also crash in Windows Mode ^^

Vista problems?
Try this: Change game compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2, then run it with administrator rights, now you an start raping the little sister! :)
