Gameplay
I'm really having doubts about this game. I liked the first Atelier Iris, loved the second one, and really like the third one. Rorona just seems more childish I suppose, I don't like how it looks. And going back to the idea that the main character takes on a support role rather than an attacker doesn't sit well with me. I don't mean to sound sexist or anything but for some reason whenever the main character of a jrpg is female the story just seems dumbed down and childish, and overall not as good. For me anyway.
Again no sexism intended, but i'm really having doubts about this game due to past experiences with the same sort of set-up. Don't get me wrong I've played many great games with female leads but I don't think any of them were JRPG's, and I don't think I've ever played a good game where the main character had support role in battle.(With the exception of the first Atelier Iris, but that was most likely because the story made up for it.)
Maybe I'll just take a leap of faith. I've loved almost every game by NIS/Gust, perhaps this won't be an exception.
