Neverwinter Nights 1, the second sucked ass though =(
Morrowind, cuz it's the only TES game where I actually finished the Main Story
Oblivion, cuz it's so awesome to mod it, also is beautiful and fun
That's only for PC though, I could also count Zelda: OoT and Zelda: ALttP as my top favorite games (OoT as my top game of all time!)

Planescape: Torment.
There have been a lot of games that I have enjoyed just as much, but this one is probably my favorite. It was the first time that I truly enjoyed an RPG as much, and it's still fun to replay after all these years. If anyone hasn't given it a try, I highly recommend it.

Fallout 1, Fallout 3, GTA IV (it's somewhat like an RPG, without the levels though), Persona 4, Mass Effect and Bioshock.

KoTOR, Mass Effect, Morrowind, NWN 1.. Dragon Age Origins were pretty decent...

Zelda: Link to the Past, Final Fantasy VII and Legend of Dragoon for being some of the first RPG's I ever played.
I've too many favourites to mention. If the gameplay or storyline was any good I loved it. (Although Jade Empire was a little too quirky)
My favourites off the top of my head go:
Eternal Quest: Blaze and Blade (4 player RPG when I had no internet but a few friends. Classic Game)
Final Fantasy VIII (Cool characters don't talk. They just brood. Chickenwuss)
Shadow Hearts 1+2 (They're one big game. Really)
Grandia 1+2 (I haven't played 1 in a while, but remembering Feena exclaiming she'd hurt her fanny after being shot out a cannon was hilarious)
Tales of Symphonia (Lloyd was an idiot. A funny idiot. Kratos was god)
Harvest Moon: Back to Nature (OMG Elli, I Wanna Bang You! [Farmer Digivolve into Stalker-kun])
I like a lot more games, like the Front Mission series, Shin Megami series(that's a big selection of games), Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Oblivion etc, but the others stick out. Also, I live RPG. Where's my f***in' life bar already?

pleasantly surprised since this little gem here is constantly overshadowed by VII and VIII which aren't all that great compared to VI imo.
